Terms of Service
These Terms apply to TrendRelay software, design, scripting, technical development and analysis-report services.
Scope
Projects are delivered according to the agreed requirements, deliverables, timeline and commercial terms. Additional work may require a separate quotation.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate requirements, lawful content and timely feedback or access needed to complete the project.
Scripts and reports
Custom indicators, strategy scripts and analysis reports are software/research deliverables based on client specifications. They are not financial advice, investment management, brokerage or exchange services.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables follow the applicable project agreement. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses.
